Multiple Myeloma

Dexa orally once a day on Days 1 to
25 mg 21 of repeated 28-day cycles
Dexamethasone
Duration of Therapy: Until disease progression or
unacceptable toxicity; treatment is continued,
modified, or discontinued based upon clinical and
laboratory findings.
Renal Dose Adjustments
Multiple Myeloma (MM) and Mantle Cell Lymphoma (MCL):
CrCl less than 30 mL/min
(Non-Dialysis)
CrCl 30 to 60 mL/min 15 mg every other day.
10 mg once a day;
dose to 15 mg after 2 CrCl greater than 60 mL/min
cycles if the patient
tolerates 10 mg without No adjustment recommended.
