Myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS):

CrCl greater than 60 mL/min
1 No adjustment recommended.
2 CrCl 30 to 60 mL/min
5 mg once a day
3 CrCl less than 30 mL/min (Non-Dialysis)
2.5 mg once a day.
Side effects
Bleeding Dry Chest
gums mouth pain
Blood in the Tiredness or Chills
urine or stools weakness
Storage precaution
Store at 20 °C - 25 °C (68 °F - 77 °F);
Excursions Permitted to 15 - 30 °C (59-86°F)
