Hormone Refractory Prostate Cancer (HRPC):

75 with 5 mg prednisone twice
mg/m 2 a day continuously.

Gastric Adenocarcinoma (GC):

Followed by cisplatin 75 mg/m (both
on day 1 only) followed by fluorouracil

mg/m 2 750 mg/m per day as a 24-hr IV

infusion (days 1 to 5), starting at end of
cisplatin infusion.
