Testicular Cancer:
IV once a day on days 1 through 5
50 to 100 2
mg/m² or 100 mg/m IV once a day on
days 1,3 and 5.
Small Cell Lung Cancer
(In combination with other approved chemotherapeutic agents)
35 to 50
mg/m 2 IV once a day for 4 to 5 days
