04 Intrathecal administration in the prophylaxis
and trt. of meningeal leukemia.
Dosage
Acute Nonlymphocytic Leukemia
IV for remission 100-200 Per day for

induction mg/m 5-10 days
Begin 2 nd course in 2-4 weeks after initial therapy if
necessary
IV for remission 70-200 Per day for 2-5 days
2
maintenance mg/m at monthly intervals
