50-70 on heavily pretreated patients an initial

Precautions
Monitor Liver function periodically.
Monitor Peripheral blood counts weekly.
Perform Neurologic examination regularly
Side effects
Gastrointestinal:
Hematological: Nausea
Leukopenia Vomiting
Thrombocytopenia Diarrhea
Anemia
Renal disorders:
Renal failure
Hearing impairment, Nephrotoxicity
fever and ototoxicity Hyperuricaemia
