Philadelphia chromosome-negative acute lymphoblastic leukemia

Associated Conditions

In combination with other oncolytic agents in:

1 Hodgkin's disease

2 Non-Hodgkin's malignant lymphomas

3 Rhabdomyosarcoma

4 Neuroblastoma

5 Wilms' tumor

 Non-Hodgkin's malignant lymphomas includes : (lymphocytic,

mixed cell, histiocytic, undifferentiated, nodular and diffuse types)

Dosage

2.25
mg/m 2 IV over 1 hour once every 7 days.
