Indication
Adjuvant treatment of stage III colon

cancer in patients who have undergone
complete resection of the primary tumor.
Treatment of advanced colorectal cancer.
Dosage
Day 1:
85 200
Oxaliplatin mg/m 2 mg/m 2 leucovorin
IV infused over 2 hr, THEN
400
mg/m 2 fluorouracil IV bolus over
2 - 4 min. , THEN
600 fluorouracil IV infusion in
mg/m 2
D5W (500 mL) over 22 hr
Day 2 :
Same regimen WITHOUT oxaliplatin ,Repeat every 2 weeks 1
